概要
Botulinum toxin blocks acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction and autonomic synapses. Anticholinergics such as dicyclomine can add to these effects, increasing generalized weakness or systemic anticholinergic effects such as dry mouth, urinary retention and constipation.
