概要
Caplacizumab inhibits von Willebrand factor-mediated platelet adhesion, and aspirin inhibits platelet aggregation, so combined use increases the risk of bleeding. Aspirin is sometimes used alongside caplacizumab in aTTP, but bleeding such as epistaxis and gingival bleeding is more likely.
