概要
Cobicistat is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor and may considerably raise bromocriptine exposure. This can cause nausea, hypotension, syncope and other dopaminergic effects, and ergot-related toxicity is a concern with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.
