概要
Kanamycin is nephrotoxic and ototoxic, and cephalosporins have been reported occasionally to add to renal injury when given with aminoglycosides. Cefaclor is among the cephalosporins with a lower nephrotoxic potential, so the added risk is modest but relevant in patients with existing renal impairment.
