概要
Cimetidine can raise dasatinib exposure through CYP3A4 inhibition, but as an H2 blocker it also lowers gastric acidity, which reduces dasatinib absorption because its solubility depends on acid. The net effect is unpredictable and may result in either toxicity or reduced efficacy.
