概要
Cladribine causes prolonged lymphocyte depletion, and siponimod further reduces lymphocyte counts. Combined use may produce profound, long-lasting immunosuppression with serious infection risk.

Additive lymphocyte depletion: cladribine is cytotoxic to lymphocytes and siponimod sequesters them in lymphoid tissue.
