概要
Mifepristone blocks glucocorticoid receptors, so it may reduce the effect of cortisone and precipitate adrenal insufficiency in patients who depend on long-term corticosteroids. Labeling contraindicates mifepristone for abortion in patients on long-term corticosteroid therapy.
