概要
Ketoconazole increases disopyramide levels and both drugs prolong the QT interval. This raises the risk of torsades de pointes and other ventricular arrhythmias.

Disopyramide and Ketoconazole are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

CYP3A4 inhibition by ketoconazole raises disopyramide exposure, combined with additive QT prolongation.
