概要
Octreotide can cause bradycardia and conduction abnormalities and has been associated with QT prolongation, while disopyramide prolongs QT and can cause torsades de pointes. Combined use may raise arrhythmia risk, especially with electrolyte disturbances.
この相互作用をわかりやすく説明すると
Disopyramide and Octreotide can interact in a way that may be serious. Using them together is sometimes necessary, but it needs a deliberate decision by the prescriber, a plan for monitoring, and clear advice on the warning signs to watch for.
Disopyramide belongs to Cardiovascular; Octreotide belongs to Endocrine.
