概要
Fluconazole inhibits CYP2C9, which metabolizes glimepiride, so glimepiride levels rise and hypoglycemia can be prolonged or severe. Fluconazole may also raise pioglitazone exposure via CYP2C8 and CYP3A4 inhibition.
