概要
Rifabutin induces voriconazole metabolism and can lower antifungal levels enough to cause treatment failure. Voriconazole also increases rifabutin exposure, raising the risk of uveitis and neutropenia.

Rifabutin and Voriconazole are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Rifabutin induces CYP450 enzymes lowering voriconazole, while voriconazole inhibits CYP3A4 raising rifabutin.
