Resumo
Certolizumab pegol blocks TNF and causes immunosuppression, while ciltacabtagene autoleucel is given after lymphodepleting chemotherapy and causes prolonged cytopenias and hypogammaglobulinemia. Together they may raise the risk of serious infection. TNF inhibition may also interfere with CAR-T expansion and cytokine biology.
