Resumo
Strong CYP3A inducers reduce plasma concentrations of elbasvir and grazoprevir, and labeling contraindicates their use. Lower levels may lead to hepatitis C treatment failure and resistance.

Enzalutamide induces CYP3A4 (and P-gp), increasing elimination of elbasvir and grazoprevir.
