摘要
Cobicistat is a potent CYP3A and CYP2D6 inhibitor and can substantially raise amiodarone concentrations. This may lead to bradycardia, QT prolongation and serious ventricular arrhythmias.

Cobicistat inhibits CYP3A4 and CYP2D6, reducing amiodarone metabolism.

Do not coadminister; use an antiarrhythmic or antiretroviral regimen without a pharmacokinetic booster. If amiodarone is essential, choose an unboosted HIV regimen.
