摘要
Anti-thymocyte globulin causes profound T-cell depletion, so a live attenuated vaccine may cause disseminated infection. The vaccine is also likely to be ineffective in this setting.

Anti-thymocyte and Bcg vaccine live are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Profound T-cell immunosuppression allows uncontrolled replication of live attenuated BCG.
處置方式
Do not give BCG during or after anti-thymocyte globulin until immune recovery is confirmed by the specialist team. Give it at least several weeks before starting immunosuppression when feasible.
