摘要
Clomipramine is a potent serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor, and isocarboxazid (an irreversible non-selective MAO inhibitor) blocks monoamine breakdown. Serotonin syndrome and hypertensive crisis are the main dangers.
