摘要
Efavirenz markedly reduces plasma concentrations of both elbasvir and grazoprevir. This can lead to failure to achieve hepatitis C cure and resistance.

Efavirenz and Elbasvir / grazoprevir are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Induction of CYP3A4 and possibly P-glycoprotein by efavirenz, lowering both drugs.

Do not coadminister. Use an alternative HCV regimen or antiretroviral regimen without efavirenz.
