摘要
The cobicistat component strongly inhibits CYP3A and raises midazolam levels. Oral midazolam can lead to prolonged sedation and respiratory depression, so it is contraindicated.

Cobicistat inhibits CYP3A4, reducing midazolam clearance and first-pass metabolism.
