摘要
Indinavir is a CYP3A4 inhibitor that raises salmeterol concentrations, which may cause QT prolongation, palpitations and arrhythmias. Fluticasone exposure can also increase, leading to systemic corticosteroid effects.

Inhibition of CYP3A4 reduces first-pass and systemic clearance of salmeterol and fluticasone.
