摘要
Rifampin markedly induces P-glycoprotein and lowers sofosbuvir and ledipasvir exposure, which can compromise the antiviral response and cause treatment failure. The interaction is well recognized in labeling.

Ledipasvir-sofosbuvir and Rifampin are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Rifampin induces intestinal P-glycoprotein, reducing absorption and plasma concentrations of sofosbuvir and ledipasvir.
處置方式
Do not co-administer. Defer rifampin-containing therapy or select an alternative agent, or postpone hepatitis C treatment until rifampin is stopped.
