摘要
Barbiturates induce hepatic CYP enzymes and may reduce roflumilast exposure, risking loss of benefit. The effect is more pronounced with sustained use.

Pentobarbital induces CYP3A4 and CYP1A2, accelerating roflumilast clearance.
