Summary

Ponesimod causes transient heart rate reduction and AV conduction effects after initiation. Oxaliplatin may prolong the QT interval, and bradycardia can increase the risk of torsades, so concurrent use may raise arrhythmia risk. Ponesimod also reduces lymphocyte counts, which may add to the immunosuppression of chemotherapy.
