Grossesse et allaitement

Grossesse
Unknown Case reports have not linked it to birth defects or other harm; no fetal harm in rats or rabbits at higher doses. Untreated heart attack can be fatal to mother and fetus. Bleeding is the main risk, especially near delivery. Use if clearly needed.
Allaitement
Safe No human milk data; present in rat milk. Given IV and poorly absorbed orally, so the infant is unlikely to absorb meaningful amounts. LactMed: not a reason to stop breastfeeding; watch the infant for bruising or bleeding.
