Résumé
Conivaptan is a potent CYP3A4 inhibitor and can substantially increase eletriptan exposure. This raises the risk of triptan toxicity, including hypertension and vasospasm. Eletriptan labeling warns against use with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.
