Résumé

Ketorolac impairs platelet function and can cause GI bleeding, and dalteparin is an anticoagulant, so serious hemorrhage risk increases, including spinal or epidural hematoma around neuraxial procedures. Ketorolac labeling contraindicates use in patients at risk of bleeding.
