Résumé

Procarbazine has weak monoamine oxidase-inhibiting properties, so adding escitalopram (an SSRI) can allow serotonin to accumulate excessively. Serotonin syndrome (hyperthermia, clonus, agitation, autonomic instability) can be severe or fatal.
