Résumé
Phenobarbitone induces hepatic CYP3A4 and can substantially reduce isavuconazole concentrations. Loss of antifungal efficacy in serious fungal infection is the main concern.

Isavuconazole and Phenobarbitone are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
Isavuconazole belongs to Anti Fungals; Phenobarbitone belongs to Central Nervous System.
