Résumé

Mifepristone is a glucocorticoid receptor antagonist and can blunt the effect of corticosteroids. In patients on long-term corticosteroids it may cause adrenal insufficiency or loss of disease control, and labeling lists chronic corticosteroid therapy as a contraindication.

Methylprednisolone and Mifepristone are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
