Résumé
Rotavirus vaccine is live attenuated, and replication may be prolonged or cause disease in patients with significant immunosuppression. Mycophenolate exposure, including in infants born to treated mothers, raises this concern.

Mycophenolate mofetil and Rotavirus oral vaccine live are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
