Per cosa si usa

Come agisce

Hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor. Reversible HIF-PH inhibition raises endogenous erythropoietin, regulates iron transporter proteins and reduces hepcidin, improving iron availability and increasing Hb production and red cell mass.

Symptomatic anaemia of CKD, ESA-naive: 70 mg orally three times per week (not on consecutive days) if under 100 kg; 100 mg three times per week if 100 kg or over.

Sintesi del foglio illustrativo limitata alla prima riga di posologia; le sezioni complete sulla posologia sono nell'app.
