Sintesi
Erythromycin, a moderate CYP3A4 inhibitor, substantially raises lomitapide exposure and increases the risk of hepatotoxicity and gastrointestinal adverse effects. Labeling contraindicates moderate and strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.
