Sintesi
Both are loop diuretics, so combining them gives no therapeutic advantage and adds to the risk of ototoxicity, profound diuresis, and electrolyte depletion. Hearing damage can be permanent and the risk rises with high doses, renal impairment, or rapid infusion.
