作用のしくみ
Competitive inhibitor of acetylcholine receptors on certain peripheral tissues, including sweat glands; indirectly reduces sweating by preventing receptor stimulation.

Primary axillary hyperhidrosis: apply 1 pump actuation per underarm (total 2 pumps), topically to clean, dry skin once a day at bedtime; do not use more than once daily.

- Unknown Anticholinergic gel for underarm sweating. No human data; injected doses in rats and rabbits at 10 to 31 times the maximum human dose caused no significant harm. Little is expected to reach the fetus from skin use. Use only if needed; sweating can be managed without drugs.

- Urinary retention: use with caution in patients with history or presence of urinary retention; discontinue immediately and consult a provider if signs develop.
- Heat illness (hyperpyrexia, heat stroke) can occur from decreased sweating; avoid use if not sweating in hot environments.
- Transient blurred vision may occur; discontinue and avoid driving or operating machinery until resolved.
