妊娠と授乳

妊娠
Unknown Injection: very little crosses the placenta; widely used in anaesthesia, including caesarean section, without fetal heart effects. Oral and inhaled forms: no human data; no birth defects in rats or rabbits. Some UK injection labels: not recommended. Use only if clearly needed.
授乳
Safe No milk data; it is poorly absorbed by the infant (quaternary drug). Single doses (e.g. anaesthesia) and inhaled or skin use are unlikely to matter. Long-term oral use may reduce milk supply; watch the infant's weight gain.
