概要
Combining cefazolin with streptomycin may increase the chance of renal injury, particularly in patients with reduced kidney function or dehydration. Streptomycin itself carries vestibular and cochlear toxicity, so any added renal impairment can raise drug exposure and worsen ototoxicity.
