概要
Idelalisib can raise cisapride concentrations, increasing the risk of QT prolongation and life-threatening arrhythmias such as torsades de pointes.

Cisapride and Idelalisib are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Strong CYP3A inhibition by the idelalisib metabolite GS-563117 reduces cisapride metabolism.
