概要
Citalopram raises synaptic serotonin by blocking reuptake, and isocarboxazid (an irreversible non-selective MAO inhibitor) prevents its breakdown. Serotonin syndrome with agitation, hyperthermia, clonus and autonomic instability can develop, sometimes fatally.

対処法
