概要
MMR contains live attenuated viruses, which may replicate excessively in patients on immunosuppressive methylprednisolone doses. The vaccine response may also be reduced.

Corticosteroid-induced immunosuppression impairs clearance of live attenuated viruses.
対処法
Avoid MMR during immunosuppressive steroid therapy and defer until after a washout period per local guidance. Low-dose, short-course or topical steroids generally do not preclude vaccination.
