Resumo
Natalizumab impairs lymphocyte entry into tissues including the CNS and is linked to progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy. Baricitinib is a JAK inhibitor that adds broad immunosuppression, increasing the risk of serious and opportunistic infections.
