Resumo
Pefloxacin inhibits CYP1A2 and may raise duloxetine concentrations, increasing adverse effects such as nausea, dizziness, blood pressure rise and serotonergic toxicity. Strong CYP1A2 inhibitors such as fluoroquinolones like ciprofloxacin are labeled for avoidance with duloxetine.
