Resumo
Ergotamine levels rise when CYP3A4 is inhibited, and this can lead to ergotism with severe peripheral vasospasm and ischemia. Isoniazid is a weaker CYP3A4 inhibitor than macrolides or azoles, but the potential toxicity is serious.
