Resumo
Ixekizumab is an IL-17A antagonist, and studies in psoriasis suggest that patients can still mount adequate responses to non-live vaccines such as pneumococcal conjugate vaccine. The interaction is therefore of limited clinical importance, though immunisation before starting therapy is still preferable.
