摘要
The combined live MMRV vaccine carries a risk of disseminated vaccine-strain infection in patients immunosuppressed by lomustine, and immunogenicity is reduced.

Cytotoxic immunosuppression impairs control of live vaccine virus replication and reduces the immune response.

Avoid during lomustine therapy and until immune recovery, generally at least 3 months after treatment. Revaccinate once immune function is restored.
