摘要
MMR is a live attenuated vaccine and may cause disseminated infection in patients on mycophenolate. Immunosuppression can also reduce vaccine effectiveness.

Measles mumps and rubella vaccine live and Mycophenolate mofetil are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Immunosuppression impairs control of live attenuated viral replication.
處置方式
Do not give while on mycophenolate. Vaccinate at least 4 weeks before starting therapy where possible, and ensure household contacts are immunised.
