摘要
Both drugs are 5-HT4 receptor agonists, so using them together duplicates therapy and may increase diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea, and headache. This could cause dehydration and electrolyte loss, especially in older or renally impaired patients. There is no good evidence that the combination improves efficacy.
