摘要
Rifampin is a strong inducer of CYP enzymes and P-glycoprotein and substantially lowers exposure to velpatasvir, voxilaprevir and sofosbuvir. This can cause loss of antiviral efficacy and treatment failure.

Rifampin induces CYP3A4, CYP2B6, CYP2C8 and P-glycoprotein, increasing clearance and decreasing absorption of the antiviral components.
