Summary

Dronedarone moderately inhibits CYP3A4 and raises amlodipine exposure, and it also has additive effects on sinus and AV nodal conduction and blood pressure. This can cause hypotension and bradycardia. Thiazide-induced hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia can increase the risk of dronedarone-associated QT prolongation.
