Summary
NSAIDs such as lornoxicam can blunt the antihypertensive effect of olmesartan and hydrochlorothiazide, and the combination of an NSAID, an angiotensin receptor blocker and a diuretic raises the risk of acute kidney injury, especially in older or volume-depleted patients. Potassium retention may also occur.
