What this interaction means in plain words
Ipratropium-salbutamol and Methylphenidate can affect each other. The combination is often manageable, but it may need a change of dose, a change of timing, or extra checks while both are taken.

Why it happens
Additive sympathomimetic effects: beta-2 agonism from salbutamol plus catecholamine release and reuptake inhibition from methylphenidate.
What to do
Monitor heart rate and blood pressure when salbutamol is used regularly or at high doses in patients taking methylphenidate. Reduce the bronchodilator dose or reassess therapy if cardiovascular symptoms develop.
