Summary
Valbenazine may cause a modest QT prolongation at higher exposures, and isoflurane can also lengthen the QT interval. The combination could add to arrhythmia risk, particularly in patients with congenital long QT, bradycardia or electrolyte disturbance. Valbenazine also causes somnolence, which may add to anesthetic sedation.
